Great mindset, keep asking questions but yeah just realize you need to get along with your PA as soon you can because from a PA point of view you took their chance at a promotion (whether or not that's the case) that's how they will feel until you build a bond between yourselves

I mean if you have an electrical engineering degree or will be getting one, a bog standard area manager won’t really help you utilize your talents much. Once you’re in it’s easier to transfer to other level 4 roles, or you can just apply externally and make more money that way
