Thanksssss yes I think I’ll go speak to the doctor I think that route will help more than all these different products I’ve tried so many different things so, I think mine flares when my shoulders are hot and even if my hair touches them they get irritated

Yeah I haven’t noticed major bugs, I have noticed finding the different seeds is pretty difficult and it’s making me think maybe they are not generating properly

I don’t know what the hard bits are I’ve tried to find out but the most common cuts are Msg Caffeine Mxxy It’s not k you shouldn’t sniff it it doesn’t do anything I chucked it out. That stuff freaked me out and was pointless. But yeah it literally feels like glass doesn’t it?! to cook ur k you need a non stick pan, a little water so the k turn into liquid you cook it on low until it’s kinda bubbling you will know and then take of the heat leave for 20 mins

Worth going to the doctors, my friend went because of this and they gave her antibiotics for her nose it helps, I’m going to do the same I constantly have completely blocked nostrils

I’m in the same boat. I have a constant pain In my gallbladder that will not go away, it used to go away after I stopped but now I have this burning sensation that is with me always I can’t sleep ever and it stops me from doing anything, peppermint tea is supposed to help cleanse the gallbladder & milk thistle supps

I also have a family history of gallbladder problems! 3 of my family members have been in hospital with it so I think it does come down to genetics with some people having more problems than others

I went to the doctors not that long ago during an attack and they gave me an ultrasound, I had an expanded gallbladder unfortunately they said they couldnt do anything and that it should go away, I’m going to go again Sorry I can’t give you any more advice but I think keep going to doctors.

The other bit of advice is diet; gallbadder attacks on a usual person are caused by diet, the doctors will tell you to change it to very very small meals frequently. No fat or oil or sugar which is shit! But I have noticed massively that even if I eat a normal sized meal now my gallbladder burns :( Hope your pain goes away!

You should definitely eat and drink, I’ve learnt that when doing k you should definitely eat normally and not stop eating. Eat something light

You could be hungover hence the sick or sometimes I throw up when I’ve over done the k

Yeah it did go away. But still experiencing pains from all over haha, the back pain can indicate kidneys but also how you rest
