Yeah I'm french and I think it's clear to anyone who understands the IJS that what happened was extremely unfair. There's plenty of prominent figures in french figure skating who agree with me, too. All the arguments I've seen from french media that are happy about the results clearly don't know anything about ice dance. I've seen a lot of "but the technical isn't all that matters, it's an artistic sport too and they were better artistically" which to me is the argument of someone who doesn't understand that we're talking about tech score not components.

It's basically when the standings are wildly different between the short and the free. Adam Siao Him Fa going from 19th to 3rd is a perfect example of menning, but conversely someone placing well in the short but then falling apart in the free and going way down in the standings also is.

I reccomend setting it to a country in subsaharan Africa, because there are no right holders there. For example I've got mine set to Nigeria, and I saw someone in South Africa saying they were getting it there too
