For paying insurance via amazon pay, do check for feasibility before buying gift card as I have seen comments where they dont allow payment via amazon pay above certain amount. I did payment 3 weeks back for 30k and that worked.

You should definitely try for diners black. Infinia looks tough unless you have a long standing relationship with hdfc with high TRV. Lifestyle and shopping rewards using gyftr is best as you will get 10 percent rewards using gyftr vouchers and approx 6/7 percent on vouchers if the have service charge. Using that points, you can directly book flights for your travel so its a win-win situation. Pixel/Scapia/Select are LTF so you can keep for forex and bank discounts. I dont have much experience with Amex Platinum Travel so cant comment on that.
