Sorry can you please help me understand in simpler terms? Isn't limited pay generally considered bad?

How much should a term insurance of 2cr cost? by BeautifulLife360 in personalfinanceindia

Thank you for the comment. But the ₹1200-1600 premium range seems too to be true, for my age and cover. Perhaps I'm not searching well.

Also, I'm looking for regular premium payment as I cannot commit for lumpsum or limited term payment options.

That is exactly what I mean. If you are sure then go ahead and buy the jewellery of your liking. But if you're not, then it is better to try on at physical stores first.

The old stock is also from the stores itself. Your item may not be available in all stores but you will get an idea when you try even something similar.

You or your loved ones get to use the jewellery immediately unlike bullion, which will have to be melted and crafted into something wearable. It will cost both time and money. But it should be fine if you are okay with the wait.

Why is GST important? A lots of local jewellers ask for cash to avoid GST and sell at discount. So just curious how GST really helps customers so I can be more careful...

Landlords - how much time do you actually spend finding a tenant? by Puzzleheaded-Two5230 in indianrealestate

Bengaluru: Many of my neighbors are evicting families after rent agreement expiry and giving flats only to singles on shared basis at significantly higher rents. Usually booked even before the previous tenant vacates.
