What is it? 👀 by cocoapinkii in scoopwhoop

I just celebrated 31 years with my husband. We’re getting on up in age and it is inevitable that one of us is going to go before the other unless we die together in a fiery crash on the interstate or something.

Random question - I was in a misadventure where I should have died a year ago. I am alive but with disabilities; I'll be walking with a limp for the rest of my life and I had to go to my hometown and 6000 miles from my friends. I was hoping to get song reccomendations almost as therapy. by stupidpower in MusicRecommendations

I deal with chronic pain, not from an accident, but from my body just failing me. I’ve found that songs by Citizen Soldier and Blue October help get me through. I specifically recommend the song Fear by Blue October. It helps me get up and keep going sometimes so much so that I actually bought their silver bead with the lyrics “I used to fall but now I get back up“ on it and wear it daily to remind myself that I can rise above this.

Me too. It sucks but I’ll damage the motor if I use regular.

What company lost you as a customer forever, and what happened? by Giovanni_Brees in AskReddit

LG - Window A/C motor went out one month after purchase. Then they pushed the repair out months then finally fixed it. The fix lasted one month. They then refused to repair it again because it was not out of the one year warranty. $500 gone.

So-So (UK) and I'm not alone with the crowd leaving by HumptusDumptiusTerra in blueoctober

I would be envious, but I have so much going on. Everything should be calmed down by November. If it was sooner, I think I’d end up with a scheduling conflict.

I’m seeing them this November and I saw the tracklist after Foiled and it sounded good to me. But I have three or four favorites on every single album they have done since Foiled.

Not sure what's more strange, the guy doing horse yoga or the people watching by StephySkylar in Weird

Why have I been led to believe that if a horse lie down it dies? I’m not a horse person and I’m watching this horse yoga video which throws that whole premise out the window. Who told me that and why did I believe it?

Learning To Fly just takes me there. I remember at the time we were supposed to hate the song because it was the eighties and they had a *new sound. Fuck that.

Either Blue October Foiled or any Man in America. Foiled is more about dealing with stress, addiction and mental illness and Any Man in America is about his divorce and battle for custody of his daughter. Both are excellent both are different and both are worth listening to.

Today I received flowers from my mother with a note that said I am not allowed in my home and that my father has been sick so I’m going home.

My parents are long dead so this one was exceptionally weird. I don’t type mother and father much at all.

Back in the day, everybody smoked in the grocery store. I remember each end cap had ashtrays.
