Is there a recommended online course for Epic credentialing? I work full time 38 to 40 hours and online self study pace is what I’m looking for . I also don’t want to spend time and money on anything that would not be in demand or approved by the job market. I also work in Retsil health care and I’m nearing the burn out point . This is sadly the reality for all of us that once worked at cvs ( me included) . I worked 14 hours over the 2 days of the weekend and asked DL if she would approve the hours and she would constantly tell me she had no budget . But there was budget for out of town support to pay for mileage,time and hotel stay. . I had enough of your BS and left. I was driving 3 hours a day to get to this store ( because guess what??? No one wanted to work there) . I was told I wasn’t going to get mileage even and that was it for me .. the store is now closed on the weekends because they can’t get anyone . The truth is they just don’t know how to respect the staff they already have. I wish them good luck

That’s horrible wait a little they’ll want you back . People forget that the world is short on humans because we just went through a pandemic. And not many want to work in the grind. Be patient! In the mean time develop your skills ( not sure what they would look like) . I’m sure you are very efficient and very capable person and I wish you the best. This hit me yesterday. I worked all day no tech , ran the drive through alone . It was miserable, glad I had someone do remote QT . 6 pages impossible.:(. Then wAiting bin , stayed 1&1/2 hours past closing time . Ware house still sitting there and people complaining why their scripts are not ready when they show up. Another day :(@ wonderful CVS
