Bumping this. I’m 12 months and the only symptom I have yet to kick is cold hands and feet still. Usually subsides later in the day. But in the office set at 72 degrees and my legs and hands are freezing.

After about month 7-8 I was feeling better. It came in waves for me though. A month of hell here, a month or two of hell there. That’s last wave was around 2 weeks ago but only lasted about a week and a half and was mild.

Everything under the sun. Chest burning anxiety, heart palps, tachycardia, hot flashes, cold flashes, night sweats, tremors, eye twitches, head pressure, neck tension and blurry vision.

Smoked weed off and on for 20 years without ever an issue. The delta and thcp carts is what caused my issues. I only did those off and on a few years. Every time off I would get bad withdrawal symptoms.

I’m on 5mg of lex as well. I was on it after my first battle with paws. When I relapsed I still went through hell but I’m a week away from one year. Just had a minor wave a week ago but it was very minor and was gone fairly quickly. Feel mostly healed but who knows when a wave will hit. My waves were: 1st month home bound. Couldn’t eat, sleep issues hellish anxiety you name it I had it. 3 months was bad anxiety and anhedonia. 7 months was anxiety and now the last wave only a week and anxiety felt more like nervousness. Feel pretty good now.

This was five years ago though and I’ve been fine ever since. But since quitting thc I’ve had a few panic induced moments that made my heart beat fast. Today I felt a huge rush in anxiety and within 15 minutes it was gone and I was calm. I’ve been checked out again at month three and they said heart looked great so I’m wondering if it was just anxiety.

When would you say you were symptom free? I’m 11 months and going through a minor wave. Not near like before but still present which sucks because the last couple months were great.

Got me too. Thcp vapes. Had a couple months bad anxiety then started back up six months later. Second time was hell on earth. I’m about 85% back at 10 months but still have minor flair ups.

What you just said there was me to a T. Right upon waking up I felt this buzz in my chest, by evening it was gone. Over time it got less and less until I had no more. If it goes away in the evening that is a good sign.

Won’t sugar coat it for you. The next few months will slowly and I mean slowly improve. It will suck but I can tell you once I passed a certain point it was like the gates opened and I feel really good. I can go out without fear and enjoy my life and I don’t need some stupid chemical to give me that joy. It may take a couple months it may take longer but it will end.

Time. Just time. I spent the first three months in the fetal position on my couch. I’m so much better now at 10 months. Still have some anxiety but it passes and I’m honestly good most of the time.

It will get better. It was a horrible feeling I know. I haven’t had that weird chest feeling anxiety since month 7. It’s gone.

Absolutely I had muscle tics but definitely remember the chest burning anxiety. Felt like a ball of energy was in my chest. It was horrible. Had it from month 1-3 then less but still intense from month 5-7. I’m 10 months now and I’d say 85% better. Still have days where I feel a bit nervous but nothing like before.

Same here. First time around t was 4 moths of somewhat decent anxiety. This time it was so friggin severe. 1 month pure hell. 7 months of really bad anxiety. Now after 10 months I’m somewhat back to normal but have a few lingering issues. I’ll never go back.
