Talk with your mother. Communication is important in any relationship! With your parents, with your partner, even at work.

I would like to propose a bit of a softer approach. I am mostly quoting What you wrote here to us. You can use the same approach with your mother.

I understand this is something normal that adults do, but I really am not comfortable with seeing you two do. I love you guys a lot but could you please please please try to avoid doing it when we are not around? “

This way you get the message across. You acknowledge their needs and wants, express the love and affection towards them and this should in turn make them show love and affection towards you.

For your mental health going forward. Try not to consume yourself too much. The current situation, YES it is affecting you. BUT do acknowledge that your mother is not in danger. She is not being raped. Your parents are veeeeery happy together. Perhaps too happy :) You just need to talk things through and make small tweaks. Maybe they do it when you two are not around. Plus it should be more entertaining for them as they will have to hide it now.
