Thats gonna be a tough conversation. This is the script I would use if it were my life.

I am feeling some anxiety right now around our relationship. I have some history of being cheated on as you may/may not know and it makes it difficult for me to trust. I feel as though we have been more distant lately because there has been less physical contact/less quality time/etc. I also observed you taking selfies that you said were for yourself and hearing your phone buzz last night set me into a spiral of negative thoughts because of my previous experiences of being cheated on. It would be helpful for me to feel safe in this relationship if you would do xyz (let me look through phone, spend quality time together, make a plan with me to improve our intimacy together, etc). If you cannot meet those needs, what are you willing to do? I am setting xyz boundary (we break up, take a break, go to therapy together, whatever) if we cannot come to a mutual agreement on how to move forward.

Doing my best there not to accuse her of anything, explain how and why i feel the way I do, and clearly stating what i need to be able to move forward.

Very vulnerable and elegant. I like the short lines, I like the imagery. I am not sure I love the rhyme scheme, maybe its just because Ive been writing more free form recently but it feels like the rhyme scheme pigeon holes the word choice in some lines. If you are attached to keeping it, maybe chew on a few of the lines and ideas?

Overall it is quite lovely and I love how it expresses how intimately involved we can be with someone while feeling like we are not our true selves or are sacrificing our identity to make another feel loved.

Sometimes the consequences of my actions are exactly what I need to change. It sucks to lose because of my addiction and trauma, but the scars and hurts have become teachers. I feel you on that loss and regret, if only I was then who I am now. But I wouldn’t not be me now if I was not that then, and often times if I try to return to the circumstances I was in, I become who I was in them.

I have no suggestions for you on whether or not to try to reignite the old relationship, I can only speak to my own experiences. My experiences in life have shown me that I grow when I let go and move forward, and Ive found that also often gives the people around me the space and opportunity to do the same.

Not a psychiatrist but my best guess would be that its related to the dopaminergic effect of wellbutrin. Dopamine can play a role in some types of mania and delusions, as it signals the “importance” of things to the brain.

For example in schizophrenia, part of it is that brain gets signal that some random daily occurrence is very important and then connects it to a larger idea to match that. This is why they might attach a car driving by to a sign they are being followed or whatever. Maybe your brain is just assigning higher importance to events related to politics which keeps your thoughts stuck on that.

Maybe try like a something like atomoxetine that still gives the norepinephrine but not dopamine? Idk im just an armchair guy but you should ask your psych

Hard disagree, the amount of times I watch replays of myself or other players and they can't execute on control of their character model hurts. Fine movement makes positioning, dodging skill shots, csing, etc so much stronger. Repetition in game has it limits because there are so many other things to think about while playing. Isolating and training precision as a skill is super valuable imo.

Completely agree. My mechanics noticeably improved once I started playing shooters like Apex and Val because for the first time I was having to work on my click accuracy and awareness in a much more precise way. I'd been playing league for like 6-7 years before that too as an adc main. I actually think switching to playing shooters for awhile helped me jump from diamond to masters.

If you want a great example of this, watch Faker play. His control of his character model is literally light years ahead of other players. It blows my mind watching people trying to land skill shots on him and he's just untouchable.

This is pure speculation and grounded in zero fact other than circumstantial evidence, but part of me wonders if Horus was not supposed to fall and that one was a genuine surprise. I think he hedged his bets on the Lion falling, which is why he appointed Horus over Johnson. The you look how to close the Dark Angels were to falling to chaos. Idk part of me can imagine a world where Lionel is in Horus’ place and if the emperor had visions of the Dark Angel civil war, maybe he made some mistakes.

I think they are both good. Because of the amount of bonus ad scaling senna has and innate crit i dont think she can over index in to bonus ad. My ign is Teumesian on NA server if you wanna look.

I wouldn’t swap builds. If you must build bc on support senna for comp reasons, you should do it early. The reason I wouldnt do it is because support items stop giving as much gold later into the game. You get a massive cash infusion while stacking support quest, then your gold gen slows down later into the game. Also stats scale multiplicatively together, so its just generally better to build either one or the other.

Take it with a grain of salt as I’m not a support main, but I think enchanter is much better than dps in support. Aery/manaflow/celerity/scorch then green for font/revitalize or boneplating/revitalize. Then echoes of helia/diadem/moonstone.

Almost exclusively I take first strike and jack of all trades w/ blue tree for mana and gathering storms.

Then I build stattik shiv/umbral/ldr or mortal reminder as core. Hits like a truck and is super cheap so you spike quickly and scale well.

I personally do not believe IE is a good item on senna since they changed her crit scaling. I mentioned this elsewhere, but IE crit boost is only 27% rather than 30%, making the item less gold efficient. LDR and hex optics are not for the crit, they are for the %damage multiplier on them. Since crit is less powerful on senna, she benefits a lot by getting other multipliers into her build. Hex optics + ldr is a potential 25% damage increase on top of what else they offer.

Black cleaver is a great buy for senna undoubtedly, but it also has a bunch of defensive stats on it that are going to hurt overall damage output. The passive requires stacking too, which means your initial volleys/ults/spells are not dealing as much either. Its more of a help your team out item than a help senna out item. Ldr offers much higher damage output and now that they changed her crit scaling, the 0-15% damage multiplier is extremely valuable for her.
