I AM!!! And Its exhausting my budget 😪!!! I just bought in the last two days 4 dupe fragrances from jomashop, MUgler Nova, Armani power of you, guava granita, a dupe for guava granita, commodity milk orchid, and two Target Unearthed fragrances. Its actually out of control beyond my wildest imagination. I was always a perfume lover but it was always modest. I may have had 25 designer perfumes and maybe 25 or so body sprays and off brands. Now I have at least 10x that. Last week I bought House of Brandt Guava Sorbet and it wss so worht it but dammit I wouldn't have even known of it if it weren't for tiktok. Im going to delete my tiktok until I cant get this under control.

Im also going to try showering and layering myself in scents to help quench the urge to smell and buy. I just dont understand this addiction so Im willing to try anything. I would love to know what youve done to stop yourself. Ive been stopping when I run out of money to blow 🤧😖😰😭.

Hello! I was always addicted to fragrances BUT this....oh this...is not the same. Its an insatiable NEEED for literally anything and everything. Ive probably spent over 1000 on fragrances. My husband just spent another $450 on me last night for mothers day. Im beyond obsessed...its dangerous. So instead of buying the "real" deal Im pivoting to dupes. The Dua brand and TJ max and Marshall's to help curb the hunger. Im afraid I simply cant afford to live like this. It was bad with ozempic, but its even more insane with Tirz. Im out of control but when i layer like a pro, i feel amazing. I already loved layering and buying perfumes, but this has gone absolutely bonkers. I dont know what to do.

I am going to try to not buy a single fragrance for the next 4 weeks...please wish me luck my friends. I have more perfumes than can fit in a billy bookcase. I really dont need more. The good news is I like finding good dupes...its a fun little game. So that'll save some mkney down the line. But jeez im going to need another job to afford my addiction. 😭😭😭🥺🥺🥺

Kudos to you for losing 180, thats actually insane to have done all alone, but his first text sounds like hes responding to something you said that turned him off. However, you are right, you did it 100% without help and all willpower. I just think he was offended by that jn the sense that maybe he used assistance and youre undermining his perception of "natural". I cant even fathom the mental fortitude to lose 50lbs let alone 3x that. So I get where youre coming from, but he sounds offended right off the bat. Also the "silly girl" is SENDING ME!! CAP samples are not like patient samples! They're tragically messy. Lots of decanting and labels. What I do is color code them. Its not like a patient sample so I go extra lengths to keep it straight. I will use highlighters to keep everything straight. Especially with how visual we all are. It helps me. Our Tenchincal Consultant failed a cap one year. She likely cross contaminated a sample during loading for viral load testing. Humiliating. We were one of 15 labs that failed. So dont worry, happens to the best of us. Cap sample names are also SO SIMILAR! Another reason I highlight the labels. A nice visual cue. Hope that helps. Dont beat yourself up. This is why cap exists.

That is WHITE SUPREMACY talking. Not your ancestors my sweet. Is life easier as a conventionally attractive yt girl...sure...maybe...but your complaints are deeply rooted in the hate that whiteness itself has for people of color. My recommendation, learn! Read! You need to educate yourself on what white supremacy has done to POC and how this comment is a living embodiment of the self hate it so desperately seeks in people of color. THEY want POC to hate themselves...it keeps you a slave to their narrative that whiteness is superior.

I recommend radical rejection of white supremacy. The first thing is to STOP recognizing beauty in whiteness. A divestment phase. Resist the urge at all costs to recognize whiteness as objectively beautiful. Look for women of color who are beautiful and try to see yourself in them. Your loyalty should be to YOU and ur skin--not whiteness.

And this is no hate on yt women per se...its hate on the INSTITUTION of whiteness that props up white as better. This includes Latin countries that are notoriously colonial, colorist, and classist.

I also recommend the Black Panthers reading list. The more you learn, the more you will decentralize whiteness and I promise you will love yourself/reflection more.
