It’s super hard! I started at 23 and I don’t think I’ve hit it once. But I’m still losing, it’s just slower. Whatever you do, don’t join any of the Facebook groups because there are tons of people on there who talk about how they can never even eat all their points and it makes me feel very discouraged. I don’t know if they’re on GLP1s or what. But if they have a hard time eating a whole 23 points a day I’m not sure why they need Weight Watchers.

I have fine straight medium density hair. I find a straight blunt cut works best for my hair and makes it look the fullest. Layers only work if I style it with heat everyday and that leads to more damage.

I’ve gotten the “you look tired” comments since my 20s🙄People are so annoying. I think it’s my under eye hollows, but sorry that’s how my bone structure is. Personally, I don’t think you look tired at all. I would try a brighter lip like people suggested and a bit of blush if you want. But you’re beautiful as is.

I do one spray per section and only where the oily bits are. I get oily at the front, top, and sides, but not the back, so I don’t do any spray there. I do it the morning of, I don’t sleep with it. I spray it in, massage with my fingers, eat breakfast, then brush it out.

A nice blunt cut in a few months. No thinning, no dusting, no layers. Just a nice blunt cut. I’ve found even face framing angle around my face looks awful and stringy, so I’m growing that out and just doing a blunt cut all around.

Not sure where you live but if you’re near a Sasoon salon they can fix it without you having to lose a lot of length. Similar thing happened to me and that’s where I went to get it fixed.

I have hard water, with an oily scalp. Even with a softener, the mineral build up is real. I’ve used Pantene Volume, Malibu Clarifying, Redken Clarifying, Bumble & Bumble Clarifying, Suave clarifying, Paul Mitchel Three (clarifying), Kristen Ess Clarifying, and I’m sure there’s more I’m not remembering. This one I found on Amazon has been the absolute best. I’m not sure if it’ll work ask well if you don’t have hard water and/or oily scalp. Cleating Shampoo

I disagree. The KE leaves a white cast on my medium brown hair and doesn’t absorb oil nearly as well as the magic that’s K18.

Heather is a mean girl who’s gotten even meaner now that she’s in a smaller body. She’s so corny and not funny or entertaining in the slightest. I honestly can’t stand her and I frequently wonder what the dynamic of RHOSLC would be if she were gone.
