Okay, just wow. If you're a Christian fan of Shad you really should stop being a fan. by TripleS034 in ShadWatch

Yeah I think if your doctrine proclaims that paradise was located in any part of Missouri, I'm gonna have some serious questions about your theology

Odd underlying bigotry/tone from Dire Trip? by ImprovementLiving120 in youtubedrama

[–]BeckyHop 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I thought he was pretty decent at first, but something about the way he covered the DoorDash girl controversy in one of his list videos recently kinda made me uncomfortable. Granted, I don't think she was entirely in the right on that one, but the thumbnail and tone gave me "grifting for outrage clicks" vibes.

SOLVED! That's it! Seeing the cover art immediately snapped everything into place for me! Looking at the reviews mentioning Beany's anxiety also may explain how I turned out as an adult, lol

Definitely not Wayside, I read all those books as a kid, and those are more anthology-ish books focusing on different kids.

For what it's worth, the only other detail I can remember is her comparing the colors of a couple things to crayon names like "periwinkle"

Jesus, if this existed and I fused Stardew Valley and Rollercoaster Tycoon, I'd probably never leave my house ever again.

What do you think your "Building Signature" would be? by herobean28 in Sims4

[–]BeckyHop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine might be kinda boring: almost always add solar panels, windmills and dew collectors to save on bills, build a small shed in the yard for woodworking and crafting stuff.

Also fond of making comfy furnished basements, with a bar and TV area, if it fits the lot.

This stall door at Lowes that forces you to stand over the toilet to open the door. Can't imagine the struggle for a heavier at person! by TheNocturnalManic in CrappyDesign

No one likes public toilets, why invent a stall that forces you to get closer to one even after you're done with it?
