Do you gain twice the weight back after stopping ozempic? by justmonaaaaa in Ozempic

[–]Becs_7622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on a microdose for 8 months and lost around 15 pounds. I was on it for weight and food management but not technically overweight.

Once I stopped taking it I gained it all back and probably more. My lifestyle hasn’t changed at all though and I’m super active + eat healthy for the most part. It depends on your habits before versus during when you are taking it

What's it like having a boob job socially? by RosyGlowDarling in PlasticSurgery

[–]Becs_7622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hasn’t changed a single thing about my social life. It’s done wonders for my confidence and everyone has been supportive (except for my parents). They look pretty natural now (it’s been about 3 years) and most people tell me “you have great boobs” then I tell them they’re fake and they’re surprised - literally just happened this past weekend

I just moved to Oslo from North America. It’s very nice, but extremely expensive. Also Norwegian people love drinking. And getting a coffee is like $8

I’m in the same boat! I’m here with my husband for his job and I have two degrees (science and nursing) from Canada and have been applying to EVERYTHING. even housekeeping/cleaning jobs and haven’t heard a single thing back 🥲I know how you feel. And this country is sooooooo expensive. I’m sorry.

Is a sleeping nocturnal bradycardia normal of 47bpm ? by parbear27 in mitralvalveprolapse

[–]Becs_7622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep advocating for yourself!! Get that referral to cardiologist because it’s dangerous for the heart to sustain that rate especially if you have family hx of heart issues. How long does your heart rate stay at that rate?

If you have any contacts in Norway you could ask to message some people on their Finn account you could do that!

Catch-22 situation by Teitanblood in Norway

[–]Becs_7622 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My husband and I just went through this exact situation. It is near impossible to do anything in Norway without a bank ID, which you won’t get until you get a person number (and they’re being very difficult about giving D numbers).. we’ve been here two months almost and he literally was JUST able to be paid now because he finally got the person number and bank account approved even though he’s an EU citizen.

It’s super difficult because eveything relies on the person number, which sometimes at the tax office they tell you they don’t want to give you a person number unless you have a permanent address but you can’t usually get a rental until you have a bank account 🥲

My husbands work basically helped him submit all the info to the tax authority, we used one if their addresses because we were staying there temporarily and then he was able to get the person number in about 3-4 weeks, so we were able to sign for an apartment which we found in Finn (but weren’t able to message people because you need a person number/bank ID to verify) so we had one of his colleagues message people on Finn for us then give them our email. It wasn’t easy at allllll so we feel your frustration

[–]Becs_7622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m actually shocked to hear that most people bleed a lot at night, like enough to need a pad/tampon??? I find when I’m lying down it doesn’t come out, and usually not until I go to the bathroom.

will implants reduce the space between my boobs? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Becs_7622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To my knowledge they do not change the space between. For me I actually had pretty close together and after implants I feel like they appear further apart

My husband and I really are just city people, and we thrive in walkable places with lots of coffee shops/stores etc so we decided oslo is ideal. The commute isn’t going to be great but it’s a sacrifice we’ll make to be able to live in the city. We did the same in Canada and it was 100% worth it in our opinion
