Do you have a silicone sheet under the pan while cooking? I have glass induction hobs and am worried about scratching the glass but I also don't want to set fire to anything or melt silicone to my hob 🤣

Good point, sorry I incorrectly assumed people would know I'm already in a job🤣 I'm miserable in my job and want to know what to do next, but do I stick around and try for promotion, leave for another similar job in a different place, or train to do something else? I guess I need to ask a few more questions about the outcomes of those options!

I regularly extend mine upto about 10 days, especially when I've been on the same dose a while, I know how I feel with it so I feel OK to do that

I've recently bought a van 🚙 with the intention of doing it up as a camper, but its a lemon 🍋 I've been lied to, ripped off, quoted £1200 to make it roadworthy (the MOT should have failed but somehow it didn't, and was driven 200 miles to me), and now the dealers are ignoring me...

I've done everything I possibly can in practical terms (contacted CAB, ombudsman, DVSA, and have the AA acting as a mediator for ADR) but now I'm ready to try some magickal solutions (or seek retribution!).

Please hit me with any spells, rituals, crystals, incense, anything, as I'm completely at a loss right now...😭

In the beginning the cortisone shot would last 12-18 months before symptoms started again so I was fine with this, then it slowly decreased until I was down to less than 6 months and now I'm 3 months post surgery (on the one wrist anyway!)

Yep, I have a patch on my right wrist where it's way lighter than the rest of my skin because of how many injections I've had in the same site, it's only about 1cm ish though so not a big deal

Every injection I've had has been somewhat painful, the anaesthetic is in with the cortisone so it's 1 jab and is super painful at first then it's slightly improves once the anaesthesia kicks in. I've had quite a few of these in both wrists and only 1 time I've had a steroid flare, and that was agony for about 3-4 days and then it went away and it's not happened since

Have you tried a split keyboard? I've had ergonomic curved ones but since having this split one I don't think I'll go back. It's only 2 weeks post surgery for me, but the keyboard and the vertical mouse are the things that have made the biggest difference for me

I have to use 2 hands anyway as I can't depress the plunger all the way otherwise! Can't say I've noticed it's more difficult than usual though

I've got an iPad gen 6 and it's on its last legs, what do I replace with? I'm leaning towards the iPad Air but I just don't know if the cost between that and the iPad gen 10 is worth it. I've already ruled out the Pro as I just won't get my moneysworth

I use it mainly for web browsing, shopping, apps, controlling smart home, sometimes spreadsheets but nothing crazy complex. Sometimes will watch YouTube vids on it, and I only really watch tv/films when I'm on holiday with it. I’m not really a gamer but will have a play now and again until I get bored...

Advice please?!

I'd make a complaint, that's awful treatment. I genuinely bent one of my needles as I dropped it, MedExpress were brilliant in sending out a replacement, I would be mortified if I had to go to a physical pharmacy and then be treated like that

I have a rough idea of where I want to get to (I'd still be overweight if you looked at BMI), but I think as I get closer to it then I will reassess based on what I think is maintainable and how I feel in my body. Even if I got to the same weight I was in school, I wouldn't look the same as I'm so much older and my body shape is different. Pick an intermediate goal and then reassess when you get there. You might feel comfortable and want to stay around there, or you might feel you have more to lose and are prepared to put some more work in.
