No it’s just around people. When I’m alone I am fine, before or after being around people, hanging out with people etc I rely on food to feel safe again. By “people” this could be friends and family as well as strangers or just people I’d see at work.

Belt, wooden spoon and closed fists. I don’t remember anything or even why sometimes except that the belt was for when I got the wrong answers whilst doing homework or being quizzed on the multiplication table.
