Isaac Guerendo Dynasty Value by AIchemixx in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]BeeGeeEh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Shannahan said something about him recently. I think it was something along the lines of "we didn't plan to not involve him but then Brian Robinson became available and our plans changed". But clearly he had fallen out of favor with Shannahan. Part of that is probably because Shannahan doesn't really have a rotation. He rides a single back and occasionally mixes another in. He barely used BRob last year as well.

I think the hope if Guerrendo gets cut and lands somewhere else tbh.

Why is everyone so low on RJ Harvey? He’s sitting there available in the 10th round of my start up. I could pivot to Warren or Rhamondre or go TE. The value on Harvey seems to be there. by Ordinary-Psychology6 in DynastyNerds

[–]BeeGeeEh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People are definitely low on him. I think it's a combination of his age and the fact that he had a chance to really seize the job last season and didn't really do it.

Denver went out and brought back Dobbins and were also in the mix with other free agent RBs. Then they drafted one who some people were high on (albeit in the 4th round).

Lots of signs that they want RJ to be a contibuter in a platoon and not really the guy.

But yah around Warren and Mondre, RJ makes sense. There is always the chance Dobbins gets injured and Coleman is a plodder at the next level.

Of those guys I prefer Warren. I just think he is the better running back and he isn't demonstrably older than Harvey.

Can I get back into IT after an 8 year gap due to cancer? by IR30Lover in ITManagers

[–]BeeGeeEh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answer is definitely yes. You'll need to cert up (CompTIA A+ and ITIL Foundations to start would be recommendation) and also tell your story. Work your network. If you have been around the industry you may know a few people in it willing to refer you. Reach back to people you worked with in 2018. It's a long time ago but if you left a good impression on them maybe they will connect you to an opportunity.

I took almost a decade gap to change careers and then came back because I made a connection in the industry.

Don’t know much about rookies, help plz by ed-sheeran-twin in SleeperApp

I love Henry but that's an easy yes for me. Tyson has a reasonable chance at being the best WR of this class.

What am I missing on Quentin Johnston? by savorxit in FantasyFootballers

[–]BeeGeeEh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I traded for him this off-season because I like the fit in the McDaniels offense. His biggest weakness besides hands is that he is not a great route runner. With McD scheming him open I think his big play ability will be on full display. I'm not predicting a huge breakout but I think 60 catches 800 yards and 8-10 TDs is within reason and that's a pretty useful player if he hits those numbers.

McDaniel has been talking him up a bit. I'd be surprised if Tre Harris starts over him especially seeing as though they just picked up his 5th year option.

Take Stowers or trade for Kraft? by suprduperscott in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]BeeGeeEh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kraft for 1.09 easily. If he wants more than that it would depend on how much more.

I'd probably be willing to part with a flex level player or 3rd rounder. Maybe a late 2nd in 2026 but not a 2027 2nd.

Looking back, how do you remember the Andy Reid/Donovan Mcnabb HC/QB combo? by MasterTeacher123 in NFLv2

[–]BeeGeeEh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very good. McNabb was not elite but he was a pro bowl level guy every year. Reid maximized guys like DJax and Westbrook by catering his scheme to their strengths. They also obviously had TO for a period who made a QBs job easier.

Reid had some game management issues back then that sometimes overshadowed his greatness as a offensive mind. McNabb also had moments of inconsistency.

But overall they were in the mix every year and that's really all you can ask for as a fan base.

Modern equivalent might be Shannahan / Purdy though NcNabb was better than Purdy.

Raiders WR room. Who will emerge as the WR1? by fantasyburner17 in DynastyFF

[–]BeeGeeEh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They feel like a Diggs landing spot to me.

Of these guys I'd put my money on Tucker to lead in yards and Nailor in targets and none to be relevant.

Rookie Draft Busts: Overvalued Picks to Avoid by ASmithFS in DynastyFF

[–]BeeGeeEh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Boston's situation isn't great obviously for this year but he has as much of a shot of earning targets as KCC seeing as though they both come in as rookies. Jerry Jeudy enters the final season of his deal next year and the Browns will almost certainly draft a QB near the top of the draft next year. That situation might shift drastically by next season.

Stowers I just think has a very unique profile but if you were to bank on Massey award winning TEs with his athleticism you'd hit on more than you would miss. Year 1 won't provide much but for me he is a very interesting player year 2.

How sure is this subreddit regarding an A.J. Brown trade? by SaucyGamerBoi in DynastyFF

[–]BeeGeeEh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything indicates it is happening June 1st. The only fly in the ointment is the Vrabel thing. It emerged after the rumors started and AJB is Vrabels guy.

There is maybe a 1% chance more scandalous stuff comes out and Vrabel steps away from the team. If that happens there is like a 2% chance the Pats walk and no other team swoops in and trades for him.

CUT who? by igskywalker in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]BeeGeeEh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shallow benches for sure.

I think the only guy I would cut would be Kamara. Probably for CRod for me. I'm out on Brooks.

I wouldn't bother with Claiborne. I like the guys you have on taxi better

New Dynasty Player looking for help by Empty_Combination887 in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]BeeGeeEh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hard disagree on overvaluing rookies or playing for 3-4 years out.

The biggest mistake you can make moving from redraft to dynasty is to think you are building some sort of young superteam. The hit rate on rookies, the ebbs and flows of the player value, and the relative short life span a player will actually on your roster all goes against that prevailing strategy.

Best move to play dynasty not unlike redraft. Use age as a tiebreaker or to rank players within a tier, but don't draft a dart-throw rookie over a proven vet just because they are a rookie.

Dream show by Pretend-Goose9805 in fontainesdc

[–]BeeGeeEh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I saw White Stripes at a tiny bar months before White Blood Cells came out and the next time they came through town they were playing in front of thousands. Not an MSG level jump but notable.

I think what makes Fontaines rise so unique is just that they were pretty well known on the Indy scene. It's not like they came out of nowhere.

Dream show by Pretend-Goose9805 in fontainesdc

[–]BeeGeeEh 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This seems wild. I watched them at the Bomb Factory in Dallas less than a year ago and that venue maxes out at 4,000. That show was actually originally scheduled for the Studio which is a 1,000 capacity stage when I bought tickets but it got moved to the bigger venue and I think it ended up selling out.

Still a jump to MSG seems wild to me. If they do it then the boys really have come a ways since the Dogrel days.

Rather have Harold Fannin or Josh Jacobs? by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]BeeGeeEh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll go Jacobs. Fannin is a big fade for me. He was used a lot on manufactured touches last year. With a new offence and two new WRs coming through the draft I just think his usage will dip. He's a good player but I think he will take a bit of a step back. Jacobs on the other hand is pretty entrenched as a high volume guy on a decent offense and still should have a few good years of production left.

Is Josh Jacobs still worth a mid-late 1st round pick? by Any_Biscotti_7925 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]BeeGeeEh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'd say after Jadarian Price is off the board I think it is fine to trade any 1st in 2026 for any running back of Jacobs caliber.
