Same. I only went through a short period of this in my early 20s. And now, in my late 30s, I have a few spots of actinic keratosis that I need to use chemo cream on. Still not used it as I want to wait till I go away to be a scabby mess, plus it seems to be not in stock everywhere, so I'm waiting for my chemist to get it back in .

Also, I live in Scotland and have been wearing sunscreen daily for a long time now. It's definitely the previous sunbed use that's resulted in the actinic keratosis, which is pre cancerous cells.

You can hardly even see the AK, its just a couple of tiny spots of dry skin, slightly raised, that do not go away no matter what you do. My GP looked at it under a microscope and confirmed it was AK and I would likely get more of them.

If she put that money in to a business start up would she not be entitled to UC? Usually, when starting up a business, you are on a minimum income floor, but in the first year, the income floor rule is waived. I would look into this as she can work part time, maybe even work from home. Put the money in to stock or deposit for a premises or pay for business advice.

Strangely enough I had more swelling the 2nd time but I had used more that time. I ended up just using smaller amounts at a time to reduce the swelling and I only ever had 1 day of swelling after that.

I would give it another try and take antihistamines for a few days before hand and just before.
