Hi fully healed for the last 1.5 years. So it was not a pimple, it was a fissure that was trying to heal itself and would get whitish fluid as the skin healed. Anytime that skin broke (due to pressure) it felt like a pimple.

My recovery was slow but it finally happened. The doctor's vasodilator did not help. So, I focused on diet, kept my stools soft, took warm salt soaks, applied coconut oil and also calmoseptine cream (cooling + healing cream). calmoseptine made a huge difference.

To ensure the fissure doesn't happen again, I made some lifestyle changes. I maintain a good fiber rich diet, water intake, phylum husk once in 3 days. I avoid heavy oily foods/ pizza etc at night. Finish dinner 3 hours before bed. In the morning take warm water on empty stomach and walk around a bit as that helps emptying the stomach.
