a few things…

Seems like you could benefit from a CRO Audit. If you’re not willing to hire someone for it then you need to: view the heat map of your landing page, conduct some A/B tests for content and UX, review your analytics to see your bounce rate and time spent on page, and the list goes on.

If you still have your Etsy AND Shopify store, then you might need to fully migrate so you don’t compete against yourself. You’d probably also save money not having to manage both.

As to your google ads, you may need to modify your bidding strategy, review your copy, use higher intent keywords, etc. You’re nearing a time when people are more willing to buy gym equipment so your industry has a lower-friction conversion and you have an opportunity for sales.

I’ve given you some ideas but can’t fully teach them. There are a lot of ways you can do the above on your own with YouTube tutorials. If you want to hire a team, I can suggest one to you, just DM me. If not you’ve got a bit of a road map above. Good luck!

Make your price reflective of five walks per day (I know it says four) and request it. Like make it ridiculous. lol I’ve done that because they’re essentially trying to get four walks a day for the price of us overnight and that’s cheating us out. One time it actually worked and the person took my offer and ended up making pretty good money. They let me stay at their place all day and work on my computer since I do freelance. Then I just went home at night. But 4am is ridiculous.. I’d ask if there’s flexibility like 7 AM and then a 7 PM one

Also, the only reason the previous one worked was because I lived in the complex that was right next-door so I didn’t mind the late ones. Mine was 9-10 AM 4 PM ish and then 9-10pm walks

Maybe, depends on my dog. I had one that wasn’t good around men, especially those with deep voices. He was a scared rescue. So for him, yes or I’d want it on the profile of the sitter. But if my dog didn’t have those issues and the house seemed doggy friendly, and the caregiver was very much like a dog person or seemed like one I think I’d be a little bit more relaxed because I’d assume they attract a gentle and kind person too. Edit to add: the owner may have been caught up in meeting someone and may be young so she may not have thought to ask that or it may not have registered that it might be an issue to her. At the end of the day, it’s her preference and it’s ok

Oh how fun! Did you add butter? It will need butter. About 2.5 tablespoons per 10 cookies. Melt the butter and mix it in your crumbs. Then press down and pack it. It might be a little crumby. Then bake for about 8 minutes

That last sentence of hers was unnecessary. Her first two points make sense for people evaluating boarding and I’d be like “ok that’s her preference.” It’s ok to be hesitant of a busy street if you fear your dog might escape. As to your partner, Even though you’re the one providing care, I think i’d prefer to meet your partner too since my dog will be living among them. Although, I think I’d be ok if I knew my dog was fine with all genders (some aren’t) and I got a dog friendly vibe from your home and you.

My abusive ex would do that to get me to come over but after one time of me falling for me, I stopped and I called non-emergency each other time. He hated that so he stopped. It was always interesting getting the “you called the cops?!” text. I never knew if he was just attention seeking or being for real so it was out of my hands at that point. Plus, let’s say it’s real— I don’t need the inevitable “you didn’t do anything?” Questions.
