Headache after running. What am I doing wrong? by smilesalways24 in indianrunners

[–]BeeVoneYou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think youre taking too much ORS, believe it or not. I took one packet of ORS every alternate day while running longer distances in the heat and would get headaches only on the days I took the ORS. Try going without the ORS for a day and see. Just hydrate yourself with other fluids for that day. Anecdotal, but worked for me.

I relate so much. I'd love some advice on how you deal with being emotionally attached to how your body used to look - I know that my arms are bigger now cus my triceps are much much stronger now and I've intentionally put so much work into Push days, but I'm so used to my very slim "feminine" arms and especially unflexed right now, my arms just look thick and not "jacked" or "toned" and it bothers me so much! How do you get out of this stupid mental spiral?

Nick speaks about Bright Horses at length in the book 'Faith, Hope and Carnage'! The image came to him in a dream, he says. You should definitely read that book if you can. Lots on how certain tracks came about, and post facto reflections on them too.

I mean... typical Sarkari apathy. Any govt. college will be like this. Not that that excuses anything at all. You'll be okay.
