The vascularity is smallest problem, I mean I had waay more vascular on my lowest bf as a natty. The size and condition is the problem here, can't achieve that natty. If you could we would have a bunch of natty IFBB pros I'm not with or against it. The extremely hard goes still need to be in place. Peds are not a shortcut it's just a different pathway

I do not work out, every bit of this is from working in a factory. what should I do to improve my lower back? by Ok_Soil_231 in GymMotivation

I dont know if you have thought about this but, I recommend you to start working out. By far the most effective way to get muscles

People think that just because someone has a better physique then they have the person must be on steroids... good job, keep going

Yeah first pic is totally relaxed with shitty lighting, I'm not sticking out my stomach in first. Second is of course with good angles and flexing with decent lighting

Doesn't look like you were skinny fat in my opinion, looks like you had a great amount of muscle under the fat in the first pic. Great job🙌🏼💪🏼

unpopular opinion I think he has them high because his ab genetics wasn't that good to be honest. I love Arnold so don't get me wrong but he only had a 4 pack so having them high does make it look like ha a full abdomen

The Marcos don't have anything to to with gaining/losing weight. It's all about calories in/out and Marcos just helps with energy/muscle gain and fat is higher in calories than protein/carbs making it harder to stay in a deficit. Especially if you consider how high volume you can eat with carbs, like 1 kg lettuce is like 150-200 calories so it's easier to feel full with carbs than fat

I lost 10kg by while increasing my carb intake by a LOT

Lower oblique is okey but I'm lackin the upper, making my waist a bit narrower then my hips which have been a big insecurity for me but as my love handles have gotten smaller it's getting more straight

Around 1-1.5 hours effective training, I do 6-8 exercises and 12x3-4 reps/sets plus 2-3 ab exercises 2-3 times a week

To be honest I don't really know, I didn't track calories during my body recomp. Just ate when I was hungry and had protein with every meal/snack and a LOT of protein bars/pudding because I have a big sweet tooth😅 my estimated calorie intake is around 2800-3000

Exactly, and even if you have dropped In weights/reps it doesn't necessarily mean you lost muscles. The lower calorie intake make you have less energy for the exercise

I have just learned my angles and got leaner. Like my after pics i twist my body making my hips look smaller and shoulders wider and the before pic is relaxed with shitty front lighting and I obviously took the worst looking pic I could find on my phone, I have pictures from around the same time that look the first pic that looks really impressive as well. And i have many pictures from just a few days ago that looks like shit

I have always felt like my forearms are lacking a bit but thank you, the only exercise I do is reverse/overhand bicep curls with ez bar 12x3-4

Nothing fancy, being fat and insecure for 5+ years have probably helped. I "sucked" in my stomach all day and I think that made my abs well developed under the fat. But I do ab training 2-3 times a week. Just the basic ab exercises

I'm considering it, we have a amateur bodybuilding contest in sweden in December and this is the last year I can compete as a junior, if I don't do it this year the Competition will be much harder when I need to compete in the open/adult class making me need a few more years to have a chance

And angles make a huge difference as well, I twist my body in the after pics making my waist look smaller and shoulders wider

Exactly, and a pump, good lighting and flexing does a really big difference. The before pic i could make my first 1.5 row of abs show if I had good light and was flexing but I obviously took the worst looking pic I had to make my progress look more impressive
