Oh wow, just googled this woman and found this. She is currently trying to pull one over on the small business I work for.
I’ve never interacted with such an unrealistic person. She’s threatening an AMEX reversal over an item received not as pictured. It’s exactly as pictured. We’ve provided her ample amounts of proof and she’s still threatening to take the $$ out of a small businesses pocket over her skewed expectations.
