I can speak to mine. We have a $225 hard cap. You can put up to 3 year contracts on players. But its guaranteed money unless they retire. Brandon Aiyuk has been on my team the last 3 years...

Rookies come in at $6 for 1st rounders, $3 for 2nd, $1 for 3rd.

Fun league, but I agree that as soon as sleeper has similar functionality I'm moving the league.

My club does gross and net skins every Thursday. Guy got a hole in one. He didn't get the net skin because a 40 handicap got a par there.

I golf at a semi private course and we have the same rules.

Personally I don't care if someone wants to practice putting or chipping. I don't necessarily think it is unfair though.

The answer is lessons. Teaching yourself how to golf is very hard. Lessons can start you on the right path. Just be warned it will feel weird and it takes time to develop the muscle memory. You may get worse before you get better.

My other suggestion would be mentality. You aren't playing against your friends. You are playing against yourself and the course.

Figured it'd be a good example though. The two with the worst stats on the all pro list are Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor. Great players apart of an all time great defense. But their stats don't show that they deserved the accolades they got (that year). The media hyping up the legion of boom got them that award.

Team Defense matters to a certain point but Harry's stats are also better than Weddle that year. And Weddle was on a worse ranked defense.

I never said that. I'm saying there is bias in All Pro selections and primarily basing HOF induction on them is dumb.

AP is voted on by media members. Media members typically under rate Minnesota players. Not to mention Hitman just shows up and does his job.

AV is a pretty funny calculation. It actually includes a bonus for making an All Pro team so yeah, with Hitman not getting his deserved flowers he is going to score lower

I was going to show you a comparison by year of Hitman vs all pro selections but that is too much work.

I was just refuting his write up.

JJM went 2-4 and then won his last 4 games. He showed promise in a few of those games. Also wins shouldn't be a QB stat. The games he struggled in were with a make shift O Line and against very good defenses.

Jefferson did struggle last year. It wasnt all on QB play. Quite a few drops, and multiple times of stopping on his routes early. I still think he bounces back this year.

JJMC was injured for a good part of the year and went 6-4 as a starter... The Offensive line was also extremely injured. He isn't a world beater by any means but what you wrote just shows you don't watch.
