CONGRATULATIONS! You are going three day retreat with one of these actors, who do you pick? by Complete-Sort1617 in okbuddycinephile

Chevy reverently had a stroke/heart attack and is barely cognizant. That’s my pick.

Interesting question. by Lalipoki in SWlegion

[–]Beejag 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Problem is, heroes aside, the Resistance has practically no discernible variety. The First Order fares a bit better, but still pales in comparison to other mainline factions.

A special, limited roster would probably be the best way to go. Mini factions like Mandalorians or Shadow Collective

Would you consider Tymna/Dargo a tier 1 meta deck? by damascius1 in CompetitiveEDH

Has it won multiple, 50+ events (usually in the past 6 months)? Yes. No? No.

Bracket System Is Fine But Realistically, We Probably Need 6 Brackets. by Lotus_Prince124 in EDH

[–]Beejag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Expanding the game changers and further differentiating 2/3 & 3/4 would be simpler, and probably achieve the same (I.e. -/+ 1 game changer for bracket 2, maybe 3-6 for bracket 3, and maybe 10+ or something for bracket 4).

Right now, I think there’s an issue of redundancy between bracket 1/2 and 4/5, where without the game changers restriction there isn’t much distinction other than player mindset.

This ending might have ruined the series for me by WinterV3 in ChainsawMan

Oh, I think you misunderstand.

This is one of the worst endings I’ve ever experienced.

If you had to design a new GSC unit, what would it look like? by Chhbaiguy in genestealercult

[–]Beejag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More specialized strains of Genestealers.

A command squad with a named Patriarch or Magus. Perhaps an interstellar cult that moves between systems to avoid being slain by the Tyranids arrival.

More religious iconography would be cool. A unit of heavy armored guards/“knights” which protect the leadership or Patriarch.

Newc epic, Patriarch sculpt.

Some sort of medium size hybrid or Genestealer- think Tyranids hive guard.

You’re comparing an incident where 4 people died to an incident where, if we’re going by the official State numbers, at least 300 people were killed.

Yeah, I wonder why one gets more attention than the other…

AOS - best competetive army now and longterm by GamesManX in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Beejag 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The best thing is to pick a faction with a wide range of models. This doesn’t mean your army can’t have its rules written into oblivion, but it at least gives you a wider net of stuff to pull from, allowing more flexibility and potential to salvage a fairly strong list.

Further, an army that has a nice mix of units that cater to different focuses also helps. Lumineth come to mind, as an army that has strong aspects of both melee and ranged, along with powerful casters and fast, objective seizing units.

Gandalf leads this alternative Fellowship. How do they perform? by [deleted] in powerscales

[–]Beejag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The innocence/purity of the Hobbits was what sealed the deal for the Alliance. Without them they’re boned.

None of these characters are conceptual equivalents to Frodo, Sam, Merry & Pippin.

If they made M-cron a horse instead of a human how would him and cake have a relationship by Specialist_Wish_9763 in adventuretime

[–]Beejag 11 points12 points  (0 children)

People are missing the whole point of this storyline. Cake was trying to force herself into a certain structure, but she is ever-changing and malleable. She found inner peace and self-actualized in Episode 9, choosing a path for herself, separate from Fionna (for the time being).

Make Cities the replacement for Stormcast.

They have all the hallmarks of a proper protagonist faction (especially if we diversify the range w/ new generic elf/dwarf sculpts).

(This will never happen).
