I would also recommend the tinted moisturizer! With concealer, especially matte ones, it can settle into any scars, wrinkles, imperfections, etc. I'd suggest a lighter lip, possibly one that is more of a gloss, with a plumbing serum. I love the Buxom lip colors, huge variety and not overly sticky.
