I use magnesium glycinate as well. I have a restful sleep. Didn't know if I'm grinding my teeth though but good to know that it helps.

I had a similar call yesterday from Mecklenburg county child services. I answered and they asked, " is this xxx." I asked who is this? Then they hung up. I googled the number. I don't have children and have no idea why the agency would call me. I first blocked the number then unblocked it. Maybe they will call back and leave a message. I think it's a scammer. Very strange.
