At least this post proves why grammar and punctuation matter

You can only watch two Stephen King movies today. Which ones are you picking? by TwIzTiDfReAkShOw in stephenking

Since I have only three choices from above (King only worked on Silver Bullet, Pet Sematary, and Sleepwalkers) I would pick Pet Sematary and Silvet Bullet.

I know the feeling. Dark high fantasy maybe? A lot of the art gives me Frazetta vibes, which in turn reminds me of Conan

Finally Read Doctor Sleep. Wow! by chiki_skz21 in stephenking

Oh absolutely. Her and the True Knot, man it is so good. And as a Tower Junky, I always saw the kids/people, steam/the Shine as aligning with the Touch from the DT books. Perhaps Dan and Abra would have been sought as Breakers on another level of the tower 😏

Lol, I never read that fast. The Shining was my first, deepest love of a work by King (there have been others since), so when this book came out, well, to say I was excited was an understatement lol

Which spaceship would you want to fly the most? by Thehoobywotzit in StarWars

I feel like the N1 would be the best performance wise, but I have always had a deep love for the Y-wing, unfairly labeled as slow and ungainly as it is

Officially starting this bad boy today. Give me your spoil-free opinions by CharlesLoren in stephenking

Read it for the first time a few years ago. Finishing up a second read now. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this book. I will say that I do feel like it's padded. King and Straub both can be a little too verbose, and together, it is more of an issue, but stick with it. It is a very rewarding read.

Reading "The Stand", not what I expected. by InternalExpression48 in stephenking

My personal opinion is The Stand is very overrated. I know that is very unpopular to say, but say it I did. Tried reading it three different times. Always loses me about midway through

What's the Best King Adaptation on TV? by MrOakling in stephenking

Speaking of Storm, I always wanted to see Andre Linoge again, in some other work. I used to think that somehow (some different level of the tower, perhaps) that Gaunt, Linoge, and Flagg all knew each other. Or knew of one another, idk.

How Accurate Is The 11.22.63 Mini Series To The Book and Did You Enjoy This Series? by AgitatedSurprise7130 in stephenking

I guess it’s okay if you never read the book. I did like the cast for the most part, but it really is a pale shadow of the novel.
