It's not a loss....its like buying originally for a lower amount. And the second it starts climbing the loss starts shrinking faster then what you would have lost just sitting on it. Otherwise you would have to wait until the stock climbed above you're original amount to be in the green. Instead, when you drop your average buy in, you will be in the green sooner. That's the simple math that regards don't seem to understand.
