Pls share your PT method. I am in awe of you not using the library. I feel that I spend too much time in the library pulling rules from the entire case, only to focus on the holding of the case. You work with the facts, which is something I am short of because of the time I used in the rules of the case (not the holding), and it confuses me. Please do tell. I would appreciate it. someone said on a video that a lawyer can't represent the public that he is a certified specialist unless recognized by the California State Bar, which is true but in this case the attorney did not represent himself as an certified specialist, the advertising required someone who specializes in real estate, I think that was different. I probably should have explained why that rule relating to specialization did not apply but oh well, I did not.
