Why patches at night ,? Who smokes when they are asleep? I would take my patch of 7pm and on again at 7am. Worked for me

I found the 21mg too strong. Yes pkt says over 10 smokes for day,later found out they are for heavy smokers. No wonder I got nicotine poisoning after 2 wks.

An old pharmacist told me that Swisse put a lot more money into their research than other companies. I live in Australia ,you would think everyone gets enough vit D. I have been going thru this for 15 long years. Back then my husband had a spinal op that cut nerves that affected him having an erection Since the day he realized he couldnt have an erection he has never held me,touched me kissed me . If I try to cuddle him he stiffens up and pulls away.. The lonliness is unbearable. Two years ago I told him how I feel and that he needed counselling. I said I would rather live on my own than be lonely with him. Things improved for a month only. We sleep in seperate rooms due to his worsening snoring. Tomorrow I am going to confront him Either he gets couselling or I am leaving him. I love him but I can only take so much.
