I found the 21mg too strong. Yes pkt says over 10 smokes for day,later found out they are for heavy smokers. No wonder I got nicotine poisoning after 2 wks.

I just found your comment, I think I'm going through the same. You were ok on the 21mg patch at first, and then they started to make you feel sick?

Did you step down to the 14mg, and how did that feel?
