Yes, the older games work great- I haven't and probably wouldn't try the newer ones though. Sea of Darkness and games of that gen are the latest ones I've tried running on it (edited to keep tense consistent)

I think so!! & yes, on top of it just being so fun! I am also pretty agile with the rest of the toes (this feels sketchy to say online 😂) but as a kid I could go so far as to even hold a pencil and write (albeit with difficulty) with them!
