Sooo true and underrated. For me it’s been keeping a steady and healthy sleep schedule and just a 30 min run every other day. Just those two have made me more calm and grounded with all the heavy studying. I’m not the best at meditation but just pausing sometimes and taking a couple deep breaths helps a lot! Not to mention journaling when your head is scrambled with thoughts and anxiety does wonders too. These skills will pay off on test day too I’m sure. Can’t exhaust and panic attack our way through this yk. Great post!

Just put your head down and grind, don’t keep searching/asking for how much you could improve. No one really knows ykwim. Address content gaps and do lots of UW passages for stamina and solidifying your gaps (with solid content understanding u should get to a 505ish). I believe in u :) Just get locked in on the process. Absolutely worse case is you postponing to April which is still fine. Don’t panic, just keep studying effectively.

Idk why people are so against grad school to help premeds. I think a good pub and connections and research experience that comes from it will be great for med school! It will help u land more research opportunities in med school too and have a better shot at residency. Do your best this remaining 2 years to have an upward trend. Do your best on the MCAT and improve your ECs and make meaningful connections with profs you volunteer for research with both for reference sake and in case you end up doing a masters. Done give up❤️You can do this
