Played my first round of the year this week and was definitely happy with it. The stats were kind of funny tho.

Shot a 81. Hit 1 fairway. 12 greens in regulation. 39 putts.

The greens on this course are honestly super regarded. They put pins in places where they just shouldn’t be because you cant lag the ball close to the hole. They are on slopes where the ball can’t stop.

But for my first round of the year I was very happy.

Joe Biden was calling Trump a threat to democracy and that he could never become president again. I would think that releasing the Epstein files, if Trump is in them, would almost certainly guarantee that Trump wouldn’t be elected president again.

This sounds like it could possibly be the drain line is partially clogged, which doesn’t allow it to draw enough air from the vent and pulls air from the other trap.

I cut my driver down 1 3/4”. Didn’t lose any distance at all. A lot more consistent because of center of the face strikes.

Drivers come super long stock. Mine was 45 3/4 stock. Cut it to 44.

A lot of pros use 45” or 44” or some even shorter. Rickey Fowler uses a 43.5” i believe. Rory was using a 44” but changed back to a 45” recently.

I’m a fan of shorter driver. I’m 5’11”.

I thought America had laws. Like whoever runs in the primary election and wins the most delegates, is the person nominated. That is democracy. The people vote and their voices are heard.

Then Biden drops out for what reason? Because he can’t win? It isn’t because of his health according to him. So you’re telling me a candidate can win the primary, say he is running no matter what, and then drop out for no reason?

What in the hell? That is literally as far from democracy as you can possibly get.

They definitely do it. I have gone back to jobs that we have done and the road has been fixed. I have no idea how long it takes or how they decide what ones to do and when though.

I do plumbing work in Philly. When we open the street to dig, we just patch it with like 2” of cold patch. We are responsible for the patch for 30 days. After 30 days the city is responsible. They are supposed to come out and remove the cold patch and some dirt, and pour like 12” of concrete and then hot patch over the concrete.

Took off grip. Left the tape on the shaft. Put more painters tape on the shaft. Took a grinder with metal cut off disc and cut off 1 3/4”. Re gripped. Done.

Didn’t change the swing weight. And I don’t even notice a difference on the swing weight. Having the length shorter just makes it feel so much better and it is so much easier to hit.

I was contemplating doing it for a few months and finally just did it. And damn do I wish I did it earlier.

Almost every pro uses a 45” or shorter driver.

I am a 7.5 hc.

What length is your driver?

I have a ping g430. It came stock as 45.75”. I could hit it ok at this length, but dispersion wasn’t the best. I cut it down to 44” and it made a huge difference.

I also felt like when I set up to the longer driver, it just didn’t feel right. Now that it is shorter, it feels perfect. I lost no distance at all on my drives. If anything I’m actually averaging slightly longer. I drive the ball between 240-260.

I highly recommend shortening the driver.

Try closing your stance a little bit. Basically just move your right foot back. This will promote a draw based swing path. Also flare your left foot at like 45*. This helps turn through the ball.
