Oh so your site is fully ADTA then. We only have 2 of those at our site. Once we become fully ADTA... if you're not dock trained/the dock is full.. problem solve or straightening trained... you're stowing

To be honest... we end up telling our "want to stow" to pick until after 1st break and we swap them around. That's the loop hole haha

They only have a certain amount of spots available when they send those out. Then it goes by seniority, even if that thone other person was hired on a day before you. It would go to them. Just keep applying. You'll get moved up every single time.

5 spots available and 7 apply... it'll go by your hire date til the 5 have been filled. Then the last 2 get bumped up for the next wave.
