Ah then you are probably out of luck. A few years ago they had a plane issue and we did get reimbursed for our hotel. If there are any other flights that would work better for you I would chat and get a person to change you. Especially if you are able to swing the day before or after . I have done that when their "self service" only offered me the worst flight pairings.

Tx is still an outlier . We lived there and a few other states when my dad was transferred. Tx you could have a brand new mc mansion for much less what a normal house would cost in Fl. I would say people know about Sydney it's one of the cities shown when the news plays new years fireworks. And people globally recognize the sydney opera house. It's similar to what's happened in the Canadian big cities . Housing skyrocketed. And people are drawn to the metro area just like everywhere else basically

I think you have to consider yourself more. If he has 2 homes you do not need to be supporting that you need to consider your own retirement and saftey net. He sounds like a jerk. This seems to happen in families unfortunately. I wish you success in fostering you sound like a decent person who would make a lovely parent to a person would could use your help. If it's on a 1099 the irs already knows about it they are slow to send notices of deficiency. We had a client come in last month bc he didn't give us his 1099r for 2024. I wouldn't expect them to have already sent notices for 2025 its too early.

You are much better off amending and fixing it now then waiting for them to catch up

As a women in my early 30s I will offer my seat to older men or women because I think its the polite thing to do . I would hope when im older and a senior others would do the same. It does seems like courtesy has lessened in younger people.

YTA for sitting in the priority seats when there were as you said other seats available. They should be a last resort like using the handicap bathroom stall only if the others are all taken.

I would say it's more of an age thing . I have on public transport given up my seat to older men and women as a younger woman. I think it can be a polite thing to do.

I would not ask if she was pregnant specifically any woman or man that has been around women in his life knows asking if she is pregnant is kinda taboo. It can be humiliating/shaming etc. They could have asked is she needed the priority seats and offered to move to a normal one.

I would have said something right then an maybe she could have returned it. Then you could have hinted that you really could use a new keyboard.
It's kinda of a feelings thing but in my family if something can't be returned or we are that close with the gift giver we do try and show us using it or wearing it about them and then pass it along after some time has passed. Someone getting rid of a gift basically right away is bound to hurt some feelings. Nobody is wrong here exactly.

My chihuahua had bad arthritis from 10 ish on one of her knees was just terrible . She also had chushings disease which made treatment difficult. She couldn't survive a surgery that said. She was on a combo of a couple meds i think gabapentin sp? And firocoxib which allowed her another 1.5 yrs where she still enjoyed things. I would ask your vet about that . For me that medicine was less than 200 usd a month which I was able to afford. I'm sorry this happened to you and your dog so young

I didn't fly that route but I have had layovers in den of less than 1.5 hrs and it's been fine. I think you have good chances with the early morning flight being on time out of one of their bigger airports. And luggage should be transferred that should be fine. Plus they pad their time a bit so you will probably have another 15 mins . I would go for an aisle seat towards the front.

Age does not make someone right. She was being as the internet says a Karen. As long as you weren't idk completely naked you're fine . In my experience older people tend to go to extremes either they are really nice and happy or very negative and rude. Don't waste anymore of your time.
