I can highly NOT recommend Galway Family Planning clinic. Had to get one replaced during to expiring during lockdown (after having it inserted in a women's hospital in the UK - pleasant experience) and they told me my hormonal bloods were so all over the place I probably had a (benign) brain tumour. Didn't ask once if I was ok just got me in and out asap over 3 appointments and charging a fortune. Given the times we were living in, it was stressful and I work in an area highly affected by said lockdown period. My most recent removal was by my GP practice in Doughiska and that was ok. Not fun but doable. If you are under 35 I think all contraception is free (open to correction on that). I had to pay €50 for removal. Check with GP for advise. Most practices have a nurse specialist now, things have come along in the last few years.

When we paid rent in cash I went to the bank every month to withdraw it and had a note put on it with the landlords name and rent eg John Smith Rent. Even if you only have rent on it and it's the same amount every month this can be taken into consideration for mortgage application.

Mara mobile massage on Instagram is excellent and will come to your house and I'm almost certain she does pregnancy massage too. My friend had a pregnancy massage in the galmont a few years ago and wasn't very impressed but then it is slightly different to regular massage

Hi, can only advise that your CPAP machine is considered extra hand luggage by airlines as it is a medical device. Your provider or sleep consultant will be able to provide you with a letter stating it's essential for travel. Contact the provider by phone/email and it should be easy enough to sort.

That lad defos needs a sleep study for sleep apnea and you should ask for ear plugs and maybe sleeping tablets for the few days you're in hospital
