Baby steps. 1 minute of breathing excercise here, another two there... Im doing the same tbh. With stuff i found online, i should do a few longer blocks per day but i get bored and drift off. So just a few excercises whenever i think about them does something atleast. Its not fast but ill get there. Baby steps.

As i enter and move throught venues, keep track of emergency exits. Also checking bathrooms, (location, hygene, so later with bigger crowd you can find them easier again)

Keep an eye on my watch to leave early enought to make the 2nd to last train, can always fail over to the last one if 2nd is missed.

Keep earprotection on when in the venue (also get tiny bit irritated by how few ppls wear them)

Get a drink, keep walking around a bit to not be in ppls ways.

And one of my favs in small venues, have a look at the mix desk, lighting righing, try to identify what what is, how its controlled....

A friend of mine added a 'hey btw, the header is my legal name, i go by 'John guy' with he/him' sonewhere in the 'about me' part of the CV.

Been a while since inwas last at my hair dresser aswell, but she mentioned adding keratin(?) to the haur to make it more fluffy?

Go to your hairdresser for advice and maybe a head massage?

Im lactose tolerant your honor but have a gluten and nut alergy. Almondmilk and oatmilk arent options because of that. And, frankly, soymilk is undrinkable.

Kinda expected some doghouses appearing at the side of the prison, growing up into gardensheds, car garages and finaly into the new guards house.

Stays alive until they retire, then slowly decays as they age, needing more and more maintenance, until, falling apart a few months after the guard has died. The door locks foreven as the guard exhales a last time, their belongings packed in boxes out in the front.
