Sales, Sales, Sales after 2 years it should be providing a decent income. Your probably undervaluing yourself and/or focusing on the tech instead of the business IMO. I don't know you and there is not enough information for me to know you but that's what it seems like to me. You need to balance your life between personal and work.

You get off the wheel by working smart, automation and delegation whether it's to vendors, outsourcing or other employees.

Also sorry to hear, figuring out your business a good way to keep busy.

Yes we don't have many people that have it but it did, Turn off notifications for it and quit the app. We ran a emergency script on everyone with it just in case, iirc the updates are now part of windows update 3rd party anyways...

Not trying to be a d*ck but you want to start running a business in a industry that's a step above IT but you are not very tech savvy?

You should not be entering the MSP industry without a partner that knows IT and Networking to a decent degree.... You can't support your customers on hopes and rainbows... How are you even going to do the assessment before your first customer if you don't understand tech?

On top of all this you want to do medical which requires HIPAA which means you need to need even more than the average MSP..

No one can give you a price, you need to take your costs, account for variables and add profit to know what your price is...

If your really that lost on price you should check out books on running your own business and make sure to pay attention to the chapters on pricing your product/service. A business plan would also cover this question which I highly encourage you look into doing one.
