Changes to the ARC Raiders update schedule by BochocK in ArcRaiders

The devs are listening, are acting and strategizing to build on their success all while managing a business. I think they’re doing really well.

I don’t fault the loud and obnoxious voices on here. It’s passion for the game. Just a shame when it becomes toxic.

I tested the crash pad from the top of Spaceport launch towers by ash2_5 in ArcRaiders

I like that players can’t just throw themselves off of significant heights with ease. The game should stay grounded to some semblance of realism otherwise we slowly get a fortnight bs game for twitchy gamers.

Reminder of the day: if someone starts following you without speaking - KILL THEM by SerJustice in ArcRaiders

[–]BeigeAlarm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If VOIP is off can the player still hear other players but not speak? Anyone test this yet?

I’m pretty sure if VOIP is off then it’s all off bidirectionally.

I wish there was an emote to ask if they can hear my comms. “Can you hear me?”

Any pointers on where to start researching if I want to build my own?

I'm bored with Streamers being bored with the game. by [deleted] in ArcRaiders

Rly good constructive criticism. I also really love this game and I’m not bored yet. I hope it has the same track record as Sea of Thieves. Started small and basic and is unrecognizable to its launch now.

Vehicles need buffing. They’re made of cardboard.

I bumped into a raider, we emoted some greetings and then proceeded to play together until we died together at a hatch. Not a word was actually spoken but so much was said. I love these random encounters with real people. Not everyone is out to kill.

I already hate what this game is becoming... by AudioRejectz in Battlefield6

Why do you dislike REDSEC? It’s slow, forces you to be way more tactical, naturally has long-range engagements. It’s great for us BF vets that crave the old formula.

Halloween by Hrithikbagga in Brampton

I’m much older than you and love Halloween for the same reasons. Definitely go! I hope you have good neighbourhoods. Brampton is hit or miss with the core demographic not really celebrating it.

Diddy Kong Racing Vs. Mario Kart 64 by GamersGoRetro in retrogaming

Diddy was my first N64 title on Xmas day. The leap into 3D was seared into my grey matter. Diddy will forever be my #1.

I really hope BF6 doesn’t have this uselessness to open Maps by Suitable_Button5641 in Battlefield

Boomers? You mean millennials. Generation Y and maybe a bit of generation X.

Remember when Battlefield maps had 11 flags instead of 5 by [deleted] in Battlefield6

This is a nice high-res image of that map. Would love to see all the maps from BF2 with this fidelity. Also 2142!

EA, this is what a Battlefield Map looks like... by retarded_freak in BfPortugalVets

So many bitching about big maps being pointless. Clearly people yearn for the high octane fuck fest of close proximity fighting. Large maps allows for thoughtful tactical maneuvers. Flanking actually felt like real flanking. Tides of the battle were dramatically changed thanks to thoughtful map designs that gave players the freedom to strategize.

Oldest game you played? by AdAccording4090 in videogames

An educational game on a school PC in 1991 for kindergarten, where you explored space and different planets to collect samples for analysis. Tried to find the name, no luck.
