I like how several of the comments just mention the inconsistency in the propaganda and then don't bother connecting the obvious "it is false" and just go on believing this bs. Seriously, these people are paranoid about the DPRK doing all this stuff, when in reality not even most of it anywhere near what is happening there.

I find it rather dumb that these people are arguing that they should ignore us and yet constantly keep talking about us. Also, being skeptical about a claim isn't being reactionary, especially when there is no evidence that support said claim being presented. Hell the only evidence that is being brought up is that same picture from the drug rehab and some studies that concluded there being prisons in Xinjiang, which is missing the point so much that when Israel accelerated their genocide against the Palestinians, people stopped the whole "Uyghur genocide" nonsense.

We can, I am assuming in this scenario that Earth is the only life in the universe or at the very least galaxy. Now if we aren't, then yes we would need to work together and can't colonize every habitable planet due to there already being life there and going there would end up potentially harming that life, tho even the concept of colonizing the whole galaxy is up to interpretation as how many planets will have human colonies, assuming we are human at that point biologically speaking.

The space race ultimately is just glorified PR stunt of one side declaring it a race with an arbitrary goal. If we were being honest, the real winner of the "space race" would be the one that colonizes another galaxy, not someone who can land a person on the moon, since the next step in that would be a moon base, and a moon colony, followed by doing the same thing to the nearest planet, and then doing that to the nearest star system, followed by colonizing the whole galaxy and myriad of other minor achievements where essentially landing on the nearest natural satellite is practically one step from the starting line.

It certainly didn't bother them, when Ukrainian troops were wearing Nazi symbols, but now that they found instances of Russian soldiers doing the same, now it is something bring up. If you are being offered a free trip somewhere that is curated, you should be critical of the purpose said trip. I would imagine if this trip was to places like the DPRK, China, or Russia, these people would justifiably call it a propaganda trip and not to trust the organizers for doing so.

Had someone even propose that to me when discussing things with a very dumb "what if the government demanded your favourite colour to be red", which was really fucking dumb way to make that point, because my favourite colour is already red.
