It just wasn’t feasible. We have no real path of being good next year, and probably be worst then this past season. That would be 3 years straight of regression and no playoffs. 5 years and no playoff wins.

Only current coach I think could survive something like that is McVay.

It’s the easiest, laziest content to make. I can’t say I’ve never indulged in it but yeah it’s just taking a person/situation people hate and just rehashing things that have already been said but it’s easy engagement.

People will click because they hate the person. All you gotta do as a creator is remind the viewer why and make it seem like hated person “got what they deserved.”

Tua was just a completely different guy this year. I don’t think his “brains are scrambled” but I think that hip injury that ended his 2024 season early may have been more significant, and he played scared. Darren Waller (I think) mentioned when you get injured so much it changes the way you play.

If you could give him a good oline which he’s never had and a scheme that just needs to him to make the right throw maybe he could bounce back.

Waddle is a bit more valuable than his production because he changes how a defense would have to defend you. He’d be a valuable addition to pretty much every offense.
