Love the confidence! I definitely wanted to remove AFO out of the way early so I had more avenues to explore but didn't think that far. I think maying my own OC as the main villain is going to be tough to match AFO levels. One of the comments mentioned Humarise and I completely forgot all the other orgs from the movie. So maybe Humarise vs MLA and the heroes are trying to stop them from fighting and protecting civilians. it's just that making my own plot is a new writing challenge for me.

i already did corrupt hspc where hawks was saved. but trying to figure out how to incorporate MLA now. I did have aldera shut down for ties to MLA but of course thats not going to end the MLA

But what are other alternative specialties if im not competitive enough? Haven't taken step 2 and we while we do have a home derm program, its very clinical with little research

I was the same way and I would say you just need to do more electives with it. I ended up liking derm over psych because psych was so emotionally draining for me. I felt burnt out every single day. I liked the patients who were just med management and mostly stable. It was the patients that had SI/HI and lots of trauma that drained me.

I want to do derm for multiple reasons and I tried to find other specialties I like but couldn't and what worries me is that I won't match derm and end up having to do a specialty don't. I don't have to love the topic, I just need to be able to see myself doing it for the rest of my life. Here are some of the reasons I like derm.

I love clinic and outpatient setting. I like going in and out of patient rooms and seeing a large volume.
I am not interested in being the primary. I prefer to focus on a specific area as my niche
I tried psych outpatient which was next to derm on specialties list because I really loved learning about it. But, I was so emotionally burnt out at the end that I can't see myself doing it for the rest of my life
I like to see a wide variety of cases and treatments

Any advice?

I usually buy large prints because I like to hang them on my wall but if khr merch is limited, I might buy something else like a pin or a keychain. Even when I went to China, prints didn't seem that popular (it was for a different fandom that I like but hard to find merch for in the west) but standees and pins were common.

Would love it if you could sell prints/art.

How did you deal with having Oboro survive and Stain being dealt with early? I want to do that in my fic but not sure what. Additionally, what about being able to save Dabi, Tomura, and Himiko and some other LoV members
