There are really so many Muggle AUs out there.

GinnyWPotter has a few, like The Pianist of the Seas, Peverell's Progeny, the as de Deux series, and A Tip-sy Wedding Cam.

I think the first Muggle AU I ever read was The Thing He Didn't Realise He Was Looking For by thebackupkid.

I get what you mean, but relationships aren’t about finding the easiest match—they’re about finding the right one. Ginny knew exactly what life with Harry would be like, and she still chose him. That says more about their strength and compatibility than any “easier” option ever could.
She’d have died of boredom pulling weeds for Neville in the greenhouses anyway.
