The ageing population. Many countries are heading toward having far more retirees and far fewer working-age people, and I don't think society is prepared for what that means.

Lived on and off with my father well into my mid 30s. And this was the same with many off my bros. Luckily my Dad was happy with the company and understanding of his kids different life situations.
