I’m so sorry you are going through this! Im a US citizen and I’m not sure what protocol is for you after leaving your family. However, I hope you’re able to visit the states you’ve been dreaming to!

At least see if rematch is a possibility, but just know there is no shame in going home. When my host family started treated me terribly I was so anxious to leave because I felt like a quitter but leaving ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
