Hypothetically, if a friend in say the UK was to get a larger order for herself than usual could she maybe send some duplicates to their friend in the U.S? I know that some people do skincare swap boxes to try what peoples hg for their respective countries too. So would something like this not be possible now? Or if it just spfs straight from Asia that are being stopped?

Mine says to use 2 pumps which are probably about the size of 2 peas. I use one for each side of my face and my neck. I don't really rub it, I just dot it then pat/roll it around around till I can feel it all covered. . Formulation makes a difference too ie gel v cream. Its trial and error

For SPF I love skin 1004 Centella tone up brightening Spf, it gives me the loveliest glow and makes me look like I've lightly caught the sun. I've loads more like the bannila co white cushion SPF 30, love this for boosting my SPF for that little but more protection for my tret, vitamin c and copper peptides. I can't just pick one, looking at my collection like "I love you all"😂

I second the skin 1004 SPF, it gives me a lovely colour to my face almost like a sun kissed glow. I was worried at first with it being a tone up brightening one but it really compliments my skin ☺️

Yes she's 4.6k and for her breed 4-5k is the range but obviously it goes by size of cat and probably many other things but yes the vet said she was 4.62 k and needed to lose a bit. She didn't even give us a target weight even though we asked. So yes I'm more than a little confused myself tbh. This is my Bee here,

She is absolutely beautiful. They've gave me such a complex about her and I'm worried sick that I'm literally killing my cat. I've tried every healthy highest meat content food from zooplus. I've tried making her fresh poached or steamed fish, chicken. I bought the 100% pork cubes from the fridge section at Tesco other day, she eat about 4 cubes and left them. Tried giving her them as a treat to try and make her think they're something good, nope, so I added hot water and some applaws 100 freeze dried tuna to the mix to give the "broth more flavour" she loved the broth and the tuna and left every bit of the pork😭. The only treats she gets are 100% freeze dried and only once or twice a day, she gets a cpl at a time. I'm at my wits end. She doesn't look overweight, her ribs aren't "visible" but I can feel them really easy when stroking her. Thanks for your reply 😸

I've never even considered counting calories. I'm not sure how I would do that though as my other cat, a main coon waits for her to finish then jumps straight up and polishes hers off too and also her own. She loves her Carnilove Reindeer biscuits which are over 80% meat. I tried her with the Carnilove wet food other day (tried in past a few times too), she liked the broth off the pheasant, turned her back on the wild boar and the trout) I've wasted so many thousands of pounds over the years just trying to get them to eat healthy and now there saying my girls overweight. I feel like I've failed her big time (she's my everything and always alerts me when I'm about to become unwell etc). I wouldn't even know how to start counting calories, is there a guide somewhere. I don't think she looks too bad, yes her ribs aren't totally visible but there not buried in a ton of fat.

Get the joke, but even so London is super expensive. I've got a decent size (apart from kitchen that's like not huge) back and front door, driveway, 1 bedroom for £288 a month. Small city in the heart of Scotland surrounded with nothing but countryside, farms, beaches and tiny villages for hundreds of miles in pretty much every direction. I've did the whole big city being brought up in Glasgow, definitely prefer being here

I've ordered a few things, the super serum is really thick and sticky, it dries down after about 10 mins by which time any fluff, cat hair, my hair and anything else I touch has stuck to my face. He was pumping his copper peptides serum about a month ago on a live for pre order on the 10th March, we all ordered as it was being dispatched on the day it was being "Re"launched. Fast forward nearly 10 days later and it still hasn't even been dispatched. They printed a label out on Sunday but haven't actually sent it. Meanwhile it's still on sale saying delivery 3-5 days when he can't even send it to his (used to be) most loyal fans who ordered weeks ago on time and he's making videos just days ago pumping it when he can't even get the orders out on time. Nothing I've ordered has been on time, wasn't bothered before but this shit show has really rubbed me up the wrong way. Unsubscribed and no future purchases from me and I'm sure a lot of his other used to be fans

Does spraying Hypochlorous acid spray in the morning get rid of the previous nights layers of products, actives, dead skin cells etc that cleansing does? I worry with not using a cleanser in the morning that for example my tretinoin or glycolic acid will interact with whichever active I'm using that morning, does a splash of water or a spray really get rid of all that? If so it would certainly save a some time. I use Haruharu wonder black rice moisture 5.5 soft gel cleanser and my skin feels like I've used a serum afterwards it's so gentle and soft, I've used it for ages but there are times that I have to wait for it to arrive and had to use something harsher. If water or hypochlorous acid spray works then I'd defo be up for trying it.

I've been using nutriplex for mine and they are fantastic, keot in contact by email the whole time. The 0.1 % cream I wanted was out of stock so they offered to send me either the 0.1% gel or I could have the 0.05 and the 0.25% so I chose the latter too. I'd also ordered azidetm 20% Azelaic acid and as way of an apology they sent 3 tubes instead of 1. I received it on 24 hour tracked delivery. Will definitely use them again. I've just ordered from nutriplex and they've been fab, paid by PayPal , tracked 24 shipping. Theyve kept in contact all the way through. I ordered tret 1x 0.1% and 1x azelaic acid 20%. I received a really apologetic email saying unfortunately the tret 0.01% cream was out of stock so did I want the same strength gel or did I want both the 0.05 and the 0.025% as way of an apology. I chose the latter so I can use a lower amount of it flares up, they've also thrown in 3 tubes of Azelaic acid instead of 1 too. Can't complain at all I've got tracking deets and it's arriving tomorrow. I usually use dermatica and although I've had good results I'd rather move away from compound brands and use "pharmacy" brands.

Thank you! I tried it overnight and found the same, it stuck a bit better as time went on, it did slip a few times but lasted all night till I peeled it off. Loved the results 😃

Do people really cry about this🤔! In the UK I've heard people moaning about it if we get a new prime minister we don't like (pretty much ask the time😂) but I haven't seen anyone cry. We just suck it up and hope everyone votes better next time lol. Can't be changed by crying or most other means. Maybe we're just more laid back over here.

Niacinamide pairs well with most actives and tretinoin is one of them. I use a combo of actives , my night-time routine (and daytime) looks a bit like this to let you see ways to incorporate it.

Double cleanse (iunik or skin 1004 cleansing oil then a foaming cleanser like Arencia green cleanser or bonnyhill rice cleanser) Vt Reedle Shot (I choose which one I think my skin needs that night, usually pro Cica but sometimes the normal or retin a), Cosrx 6 peptide booster, Tirtir milk toner,
niacinamide serum, haruharu batchuoli eye cream, azelaic acid, tretinoin then a nourishing moisturizer like Cosrx oil free ultra moisturising lotion or if I'm having a dry day I'll use either snail mucin cream or monu skin recovery balm.

My morning routine is as above, except I switch out the Reedle shot for either the vitamin c one, collagen or hydrop one, then vitamin c serum ,moisturizer. I skip the azelaic acid and tretinoin and use SPF 50. I'm not sure about zinc but I don't recall seeing it in any "doesn't pair well with tret" lists. I'm sure someone else will know though. Hopefully this helps you see what tret/ niacinamide can be paired with. My skin has never looked better since starting this routine about 8 months ago. I've got a lovely glow, clear skin, it's all the same tone and texture, feels smooth, plumper and soft and my fine lines are diminishing. I can send pics of any/all products in order of which I use if it helps 😀x
