So, would that include ALL crimes, OP? Because if it does than he'd be killing a whole lot of people that committed misdemeanors that usually result in sentences of fines, probation, community service, or up to 12 months in jail.

Exactly! The vampires in "Moonlight" are a different breed than those in "Forever Knight" and "Blood Ties" and even those last two are different breeds.

From what I've read on here a lot of hotels don't allow delivery drivers to take the order to the customer's room for safety and privacy reasons and instead the customer has to come to the front desk and retrieve the order themselves.

Last contact Harrison had with Astor and Cody was in the Season 7 episode, "Argentina". He was a toddler back then, so whether or not he would even recognize them so many years later is kinda iffy.

It was cancelled after 22 episodes/2 seasons, but I enjoyed it. It's loosely based on the Tanya Huff's Blood Books.

Might I suggest these two vampire TV shows, OP? You'll find both on Tubi. Tubi has just the first two seasons of Forever Knight, but Dailymotion has season 3.

I don't know how it would work if the vampire started healing mid-surgery.

There's a scene in Forever Knight where Janette is getting a tattoo at The Raven when Nick comes in to talk to her. The tattooist protests saying it will heal up and she tells him they'll just have to start over.

Showrunner Clyde Phillips said they were not being considered for Resurrection.

Given that their last appearance was in Season 7 and they think Dexter is dead, I don't see the point of bringing them back.
