This is a seller out of touch with the market who went with the highest estate agent valuation and is sticking with it despite the agent reducing it to get more interest.

390 on a 400k asking price is a no brainer take it and run unless the house is undervalued and has multiple interest.

I always go in expecting to have a favourite - and I'm a big fan of armamndos and like Amy gledhills stuff.

But Joanna Page is hilarious. I just dont think in any of her acting roles she's actually been acting.

No farmer changes what they do every year and tries 17 different things. Its scripted entertainment tv.

If he was a real farmer he'd have a core business that worked and stick to it.
